At Zentherma, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged or Faulty Items – If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
✅ Incorrect Item Received – If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
✅ Change of Mind – Returns for non-defective items are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Due to the weight of the products it is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping of the products unless item is being returned due to being faulty or damaged
2. Non-Refundable Items
❌ Custom or Personalized Orders – Due to their nature, customized items cannot be refunded unless defective.
❌ Used or Installed Products – We cannot accept returns if an item has been used or installed.
❌ Sale Items – Discounted or clearance products are final sale and non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

2️⃣ Provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.
3️⃣ Our team will assess your request and provide return instructions.
4. Return & Refund Process
Returning the Item – If your return is approved, you must ship the item back to us at your own cost unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:
